Mis Departement Head
• Bachelor degree with min. 3 years working experiences in the same position on holding company (preferable in coal mining company).
• Have experience to collect and manage variety data and to develop monthly progress report to show the companys achievement.
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working and proactive
• Good ability in people management skills, communication and presentation skills
Permin and Lisences Departement Head
• Bachelor degree with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position on coal mining company.
• Have experiences to manage permit and licenses in mining company
• Good knowledge in related mining regulation
• Strong leadership, good people management skills and strong negotiation skills.
Mining Superintendent
• Bachelor degree with one year working experience in the same position on coal mining company.
• Have experience to develop and manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining operation process (effective & efficient)
• Good knowledge in Mining Software
• Strong leadership and people management skills
Senior Mine Engineer
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 5 years working experiences and one year in the same position
• Have POP Certification and good ability to plan and design with MINESCAPE, Minex & XPac mining software
• Good ability to plan / design / review short term / long term plan
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working, high achiever and proactive
Mine Geologist
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position
• Have POP Certification and Good ability in coal sampling and coal quality
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
CPP & QC Supervisor
• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position
• Have POP Certification and strong ability in crushing plant management, stockpile management, coal sampling and coal quality.
• Strong leadership, hard working and proactive
Land Management Supervisor
• Bachelor degree with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position
• Have extensive experience in land acquisition and regulation compliance.
• Good ability in people management skills, hard working, proactive and self starter
Cost Controller
• Bachelor degree in Accounting with min 5 years working experiences and one year in the same position on mining industry
• Have experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
Safety Officer
• Bachelor degree in K3 or Engineering or having qualification in Safety
• Have one year working experience in the same position at mining industry
• Have Ahli K3 Certification will be an advantage
• Have experiences to implement HSE procedure, ERT, JHA/JSA, and Safety inspection activities
Junior Paramedic
• Min. Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
• Have BTCLS & HIPERKES Certification
• Have working experiences at remote area (preferably in coal mining industries)
