Responsibilities:
Implement, develop an Spesific and adapt policies, management system and programmes to improve the organisations safety, occupational health, and environmental protection and SHE performance, ensure it complies with current and future regulations and standard, and protect our asset and its reputation. Manage a variety of SHE activities to ensure that the organisation complies with SHE MS, external SHE regulations and standards and EHS management systems.
Specific Responsible and Duties:
1. Adopting, developing, implementing the Corporate HSE target to the local condition.
2. Promote the HSE culture in organization and Ensure all employees and contractors respect and implement SHE rules.
3. Identify and assess the operations impact on safety, occupational health, and environment and develop/implement relevant plans to either eliminate or mitigate.
4. Manage, implement and evaluate (HIRAC) program.
5. Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts.
6. Participate in investigation emergencies/incidents to determine root causes, actions taken and measures necessary to prevent recurrence and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company functional management per incident reporting procedures and matrix.
7. Coordinate EHS inspections for improvement ensuring all Health Safety tools and equipment are checked on periodical basis.
8. Review all incident investigations and prepares statistics to assist in monitoring HSE performance.
9. Perform HSE Training, regular HSE inspection at plan to ensure all identified SHE potential hazard are managed property, and Incident report and investigation, toolbox meeting, SHE observation.
10. Compile safety statistic from plan sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
11. Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities.
12. Manage emergency preparedness organization.
13. Prepare/provide a safety induction briefing to new Company team members and visitors to site.
14. Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management.
15. Develop social responsibility together with action plan.
16. Implementation of the social responsibility plan with the support of all the stakeholders, which will demonstrate the commitment the company has towards social responsibility.
17. Build effective relations with all pressure groups including villagers, NGOs etc.
18. Update and brief on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
19. Preparation of an Action Plan to get ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation.
20. Ensuring the implementation of company RKL (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan) and RPL (Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan) and preparing periodic RKL and RPL implementation report.
21. Implementing the follow-up HSE audit and developing HSE Self Inspection for continuous updating of the current status.
Requirements / Qualifications:

- Male / female, age max 35 years old
- At least 1 years experience in HSE or Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Education min D3 (K3/SHE), advantages S1 K3
- Confident, self-assured, initiative, honest and respect the procedure.
- Have good communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to use MS office (excel, word, p.point)
- Diligent, disciplined, honest, and responsible
- Applicants must be willing to work in our area
- Opening vacancy for an apprentice
- Ability to work on his / her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
- Has a very good spirit in HSE.
