1. NPP Procurement

Jakarta Raya – EJIP Plot 4B1-B2, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi
Responsibilities:

Register and follow up Purchase Request and Purchase Order,
Create Request Form Quotation and follow it up
Clarify the specification to end user, maintaining the contract (info last status),
Filling the document (include fax. anf copy)
Create and maintain the Purchase Order repetitive,
Distribute the documents (invoice, incoming/outgoing letter)
Distribute goods to end user (include to all branches outside town)
Maintaining and filling the supplier introduction.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma: Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Ms.Excel
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in EJIP Plot 4B1-B2,Cikarang Selatan,Bekasi.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material

2. EE SALES ENGINEER – SURABAYA

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

To promote and Penetrate Energy Efficiency Business in Indonesia
To achieve Annual Target order of Energy Efficiency Business PT Schneider Indonesia at planed Margin.

Requirements:

Minimum D3 or S1 in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
3 years experience in Energy Efficiency Business, additional knowledge/skill of Energy Conversation will be advantage.
Good understanding in Purchase contract, trading and commercial terms, performance guaranty
Knowledge of Energy WAGES (Water, Air, Gas, Electricity and Gas). English, Microsoft office skill
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate
Surabaya based

3. TC Services Support

Jakarta Raya – Ventura Buiding, Jl.RA Kartini Kav. 26 – Cilandak
Responsibilities:

Collecting invoices attachment documents within Schneider and customer as well such as: Original PO, BAST, and contract amendments, make project schedule, detail project filing, retention’s follow up includes document evaluation and attaching in an invoice.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Electrical Engineering
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Applicants must be willing to work in Ventura Buiding, Jl.RA Kartini Kav. 26 – Cilandak.
Having 2 years experiences.
Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Ms. Project
Understanding Electrical & Technical Data & Drawing
Familiar with SAP
Good in communication skill

4. BOM Design Support – Cikarang Base

Bekasi (Jawa Barat) – EJIP Plot 4B1-B2, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi
Responsibilities:

To distribute all documents to the Production, Supply Chain and TC
To record all submission drawing and stock requisition in Design Engineering data base (server)
To ensure that document received well on departments concern
To make copy and prepare engineering documents
To prepare and submit drawing for approval

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical-Power)
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Applicants must be willing to work in EJIP, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi.
Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are welcome
Able to use Excel at advanced level
Contract position available.

5. PROJECT MANAGER INDUSTRY (PMI) – Cikarang Base

Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Handling the execution for both package project and solution project.
To manage and execute the project as per customer order/ contract.
To keep the budgeted margin during execution up to project closing

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineer
Must have minimum 5 years experience in Project Coordinator or Project Manager, preferably has a working experience in Medium & Low Voltage Industry, Automation Industry (PLC, Scada, HMI).
Familiar with International Standard in Electrical Design e.g. IEC, ANSI/ NEMA,etc
Willing to be placed in Cikarang

6. PAYROLL STAFF (PAY) – PULOGADUNG BASE

Jakarta Raya – Pulogadung

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day administration for all aspects of payrolls, time and expense administration and reporting, employee benefits and HR Information Systems from data entry to labor and cost analysis
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting payroll and benefits; ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
Provide superior service in response to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits; conduct employee benefits info sessions
Work closely with accounting staff to ensure accuracy of payroll, labor costing, and employee benefits postings to the general ledger
Serve as liaison with payroll and benefits providers
Compile and interpret financial payroll and labor cost data and assist management in making strategic decisions
Identify, recommend and implement improved reporting and processes
Work on special initiatives from analytical projects to employee communications
HR and other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training that provides knowledge, skills and abilities required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll
Previous accounting systems, HRIS and/or employee benefits experience a plus
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, time management and computer skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Motivated and driven personality
Willing to be placed in Pulogadung
