Civil Supervisor (Cikarang)

Persyaratan:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Civil Engineering or Achitectural from Reputable University
3-4 years working experience in supervising structural and architectural work (Industrial buildings such as Factory and Warehouse)
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Computer literate
Available for immediate employment
Good communication skill
Good health condition
Able to work in team
Well organized
Living in Cikarang area, West Java
Willing to be placed for project in Cikarang, West Java

Architectural Project Manager

Persyaratan:

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Architecture or Engineering from Reputable Universities
Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields; Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Real Estate Consultant or Information Technology
Computer literate including Microsoft Project
Project management experience in either contracting or as a consultant with at least 5 years working in the role
A broad understanding of the characteristics of projects over a significant portion of the project life cycle
Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
Experience of leading project management commissions for small to medium sized commercial fit-out construction projects of low to medium complexity, or at least sufficient related experience to enable a step up to performing a lead project manager role
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as the different procurement routes, etc
People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a end user business units to deliver a project
Experience of working within a large financial organization to consolidate a number of buildings into one location along with the fit-out requirements and knowledge of move management
Experience of managing the financial aspects of a projects
