PT Zenith Allmart Precisindo is leading foundry company with manufacturing conceal is ideally located in Krian, Mojokerto, which is the nucleus of the trade locality of East Java, Indonesia. The central focus of our matter is precision casting, which is made probable with the habit of our hi-tech robotic arm. This robotic arm is used in the production process to ensure all close consequence is of spotless precision. We wish to be the leader in our subject, in the close to outlook, with the aid of our up to date manufacturing processes which will separate us from other companies who are still utilizing old-fashioned and traditional casting methods.

PT Zenith Allmart Precisindo now seeking talented professionals to join with us for placement at Krian, Sidoarjo, East Java to fill positions as:

1. Production Engineering (Code: PE)

Responsibilities:

Basic role for supporting Engineering Manager on engingineering aspectsof the manufacturing processes&becoming a part of major improvements within the organization:
- Assist the Engineering Manager in preparing a Project Plan / Quality Plan / Inspection & Testing Procedure
- Maintain and ensure that the Quality Management system as outlined in the Project Plan / Quality Plan is implemented throughout the manufacturing processes
- Maintain and improve quality awareness of the operations team by providing sufficient quality campaign, induction and training and promoting continual improvement in all manufacturing activities.
- Report regularly to Engineering Manager regarding project progress & quality performance & issues
- Ensure that works are done according to approved Method Statements and coordinate all the inspection and tested activities as specified in the Inspection & Testing Procedure
- Administer all quality records properly and make them ready for archiving and handing over to the Customer at order completion.
- Ensure that ordered and delivered products / materials conform to specification.
- Act as a coordinator for the investigation and resolution of non-conformities & any other quality related queries
- Attend and represent the company at relevant internal and external meetings.
- Do the drafting of quality documents and forms.

Requirements:

Male, maximum age 35 years old
Diploma or Bachelor degree from Metallurgical Engineering(preferably graduated from Polman Bandung, Polman Ceper, ITS , ITB ,UI and UNJANI Bandung )
Having at least 4 years of extensive experience in supervisory role in Engineering fields
Experience in foundry & or machining (especially in steel casting or investment casting ) min. 2 years
Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation
Experience in developing / improving Quality System, establishing Quality programs, developing & improving the organization culture
Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, NCR and other quality documentations.
In-depth knowledge in 7 QC Tools
Familiar with International Codes (especially ASTM, JIS, etc.)
Knowledge or certification in welding inspection would be an added value
In-depth knowledge & hands-on experience in 5S/5R, Kaizen, TPS or LEAN-Mfg Management & Tools will become a strong added-value
General Requirements :
- Strong leadership & dynamic interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) & computer literate (especially 3D engineering software)
- Process-oriented, good analytical & conceptual thinking, as well as lead & manage a team
- Strong project management and organizational skills (able to work under pressure & tight deadline)
- Able to work independently & also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
- Willing to work in Krian, Sidoarjo, East Java.

2. QC Supervisor (Code: QCS)

Responsibilities:

Assist the QA Manager in preparing a Project Plan / Quality Plan / Inspection & Testing Procedure
Maintain and ensure that the Quality Management system as outlined in the Project Plan / Quality Plan is implemented throughout the manufacturing processes
Maintain and improve quality awareness of the operations team by providing sufficient quality campaign, induction and training and promoting continual improvement in all manufacturing activities.
Report regularly to QA Manager regarding project progress & quality performance & issues
Ensure that works are done according to approved Method Statements and coordinate all the inspection and tests activities as specified in the Inspection & Testing Procedure
Administer all quality records properly and make them ready for archiving and handing over to the Customer at order completion.
Prepare and carry out internal project quality audit and ensure follow up actions are implemented, including to Subcontractors / Suppliers.
Ensure that ordered and delivered products / materials conform to specification.
Act as a coordinator for the investigation and resolution of non-conformities & any other quality related queries
Attend and represent the company at relevant internal and external meetings.
Provide assistance to Engineering staff with the drafting of quality documents and forms.
Coordinate Quality inspectors

Requirements:

Male, maximum age 35 years old
Diploma or Bachelor degree from Metallurgical, Mechanical or Naval Engineering (preferably graduated from Polman Bandung, Polman Ceper, ATMI , ITS , ITB ,UI and UNJANI Bandung )
Having at least 4 years of extensive experience in supervisory role in QA/QC fields
Experience in foundry & or machining (especially steel casting or in lost wax casting) min. 2 years
Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation
Experience in developing / improving Quality System, establishing Quality programs, developing & improving the organization culture
Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, NCR and other quality documentations.
In-depth knowledge in 7 QC Tools
