Business Suite System Analyst
Tanggung Jawab:
- Lead the Business Suite implementation across all functional groups (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Fulfillment, etc.) coordinate with IT, and Business Suite Consultants for the successful implementation of the core modules.
- Use project management expertise to ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
- Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems, and lead the execution of projects to successful completion.
- Provides business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, increase efficiency and meets business and user requirements.
- Provides consultation to functional users in the area of automated systems, and leads cross-functional teams to address business
- Presales demo setup and functional consultation
- /systems issues and projects.
- Roll out training of users.
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business.
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Strong Project Management and Business Analytic background.
- Fast learner, attention to details and good team player.
- Good English proficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong change management expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge in Accounting / ERP / MRP / HRMS / CRM System is considered a plus.
Business Suite Consultant
Tanggung Jawab:
- Delivery of implementation services including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, customization, support escalation, and Q&A.
- Managing clients in post-sales environments.
- Working with the rest of the Professional Services department.
- This position will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client’s satisfaction.
- A Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.
- Working with aggressive timelines.
- Document business requirements, business process mapping, meeting notes and test scripts; update job records accordingly.
- Attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers, mentoring, and Q&A.
Persyaratan:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems.
- Experience using web-related technologies such as HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL or MS SQL.
- Experience with Python is an advantage.
- Good object-oriented programming concepts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, fast learner and good team player.
- Good English proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
- Solid experience in change management and business process mapping in support or in conjunction with a major IS initiative.
- Experience with corporate budgeting and financial planning tools are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a deadline-focused environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Experience 1+ years in systems applications consulting with at least 2 full-cycle implementation of an ERP or CRM system (such as QuickBooks, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct,
- SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, JDA, NetSuite ) is an advantage.
