To actualizing our take aim to be converted into an exceptional company by offering solution in manufacturing, agricultural, power generation and road construction with the preeminent regard, PT Traktor Nusantara is looking pro distinguished qualified and talented person to fill in the following positions as:

1. Business Consultant (BC)

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1) from All Major (Engineering more preferred)
Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from reputable university
Maximum 27 years old in 2012
High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
Able to join the company immediately
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

2. Management Trainee Service / Parts (MT-SDH / MT-PDH)

Requirement:

Bachelor degree (S1)
From engineering background (Mechanical Engineering more preferred)
Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale) from reputable university
Maximum 27 years old in 2012
High interest in part sales and service activities, Human resource, Engine, Maintenance
An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
Having good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill, confident, self-motivated
High capable to work independently as well as a part of team

3. Parts Business Development Staff (PBD)

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (S1)
From engineering background (Mechanical Engineering and Biosistem / Agroindustrial Technology more preferred)
Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scal) from reputable university
Maximum 27 years old in 2012
Interested in research and development in agro industry sectors
Ability to read and analyze statistical data & summarize final report about new parts product
Have a passion in technical engineering to develop every detail of agro and industrial parts product
Having experience in computer skill related in product development is more preferred
Willingness to be placed in all around cluster site to conduct survey and new potential market research

General Requirements:

Proficient in English both oral and written
Good communication and interpersonal skill, confident, self-motivated, target driven
Willing to be placed in all PT. TRAKTOR NUSANTARA branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
Able to join the company immediately
