1. Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Country Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business in Indonesia.
• Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas.
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organisations and attending appropriate networking functions.
• Manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders, and to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement.
• Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors’ products and activities on a regular basis to the management.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM as well as a contact database
• Perform sales demonstrations and presentations

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP sales with a desire to develop your career further in the ERP space.
• Experience in ERP sales is required
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
• Well developed qualification and closing techniques in your current sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player and ability to work closely with the Delivery Team
• Drive, energy and the ability to learn a new product in a new space.
• Passion and commitment to succeed in a competitive market.

2. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients get a reasonable response to their requests as per Tectura’s published support offering
• Provide development support for customer requests and quoting for any custom work
• Ensure recording and ongoing monitoring of all incoming request issues in the support system
• Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, according to urgency of the issue
• Assist clients with resolving issues
• Escalate support requests as required
• Prepare written technical specifications for modifications undertaken
• Test and QA developments
• Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or Tectura

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of software experience
• Demonstrated capability of performing the responsibilities of this position
• Technical support experience
• Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution
• Experience trouble-shooting technical issues
• The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus on achieving results
• Ability to work in an organised manner
• Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner

3. Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

4. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Key member of our local project management team and will be involved in establishing project plans for ERP implementation
• Apply project management methodologies to manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions and ensure all targets and requirements are met
• Oversee multiple projects and serves as liaison between customers and company to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Work closely with consultants on prioritizing of tasks and report progress status as well as highlight potential risks during implementation to the management
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoicing in relation to projects are timely

Requirements:

• Possess a tertiary education with 5 to 8 years’ of ERP project management experience.
• Good understanding of general business principles across a number of dimensions including financials, manufacturing and supply chain management and able to conduct formal presentation scenarios to executive management level.
• Must have excellent computer literacy and strong communication, time management and prioritization skills
• Possess a talent for building and maintaining solid client relationship and able to apply project management methodologies to achieve results as part of a team
• Those who are advanced users of Microsoft Project or with PMI Certification will be well regarded.
