Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any major.
Male / Female with max 40 years old.
At least 5 years experience in related field.
Preferably someone who has experiences in hospitality area.

2. Leasing Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree Management / Marketing / Public Relations / related disciplines.
Male / Female, age max. 40 years.
Min. 5 years experience in leasing the area’s leading shopping center or a well-known retail company.
Having a good network with the retailer.

3. Site Manager Building

Responsibilities:

Examine the implementation of construction work in accordance with company standards and to anticipate problems that are predicted to arise.

Requirements:

Max-age men. 40 years old.
Minimal Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Architect.
Minimum 5 years experience in the same field.

4. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing Sales Executive to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from all majors.
Male / Female, age max. 40 years old.
Having experience min. 5 years experience in sales in the industrial property, retail, or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
