Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supply chain of Electrical/ Electronics (EE) components and finished products at our manufacturing plants in Batam.
  • Optimize procurement and supply workflows from supplier to manufacturing shop floor, and movement of finished goods to our distribution centres and customers.
  • Ensure the production supplies meet our technical specifications.
  • Ensure optimized inventory levels and costs through effective and accurate forecasting methodologies.
  • Develop crisis management plans to mitigate dynamic inventory situations (shortfall, excess, quality issues, delivery issues, etc) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Develop the supply chain team’s capabilities and optimize their performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experiences in supply chain and logistics management in an Electrical/ Electronics components or manufacturing industry.
  • Possesses strong knowledge and experiences in managing suppliers (>200), upstream supply of raw materials (>10,000 parts) and the downstream distribution of finished/ sub-assembly good to international distribution centres/hubs.
  • Proven knowledge to develop, execute and review crisis management plans.
  • Possesses leadership capabilities, good communication and analytical skills, and people development ability.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP system.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willing to be based in BATAM.

Financial Management Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze and present monthly reports to business units in France, Japan, Singapore of all financial data of the factory (eg Plant’s performance/ productivity KPIs, P&L), including any need for adhoc/ dynamic reports.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and interact with internal cross functional departments prepare and monitor business plans and budgets, prepare quarterly cost and revenue forecasts, and maintain capital expenses within operating limits.
  • Highlight cost/ inventory issues and related anomalies to the financial controller, plant manager and all the related production stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly SAP FICO closing accounts and submit to APAC HQ on timely basis.
  • Prepare product costing for all product references (> 1000 SKUs), analyze the variances, and make recommendations for cost control.
  • Compute the transfer prices for all the product references and submit to APAC and Business units as per schedule and on timely basis.
  • Maintain an accurate fixed asset register, ensure compliance to corporate accounting/ auditing guidelines, and conduct periodic audit of all assets.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and interact with internal cross functional departments to monitor and conduct audit of inventory levels, movement and cost management efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Accountancy, preferably in Cost/ Management Accounting.
  • More than 5 years of experiences in financial and management accounting, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experiences in business management, product costing, financial budgeting and forecasting, setting up and maintenance of accounting procedures.
  • Candidates with SAP FICO knowledge will be prioritized.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, passion for people and good team player.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to be based in Batam.

Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the supply chain flow of components parts and finished goods at our factories in SEA (Batam, Jakarta, Thailand) and our distribution centers
  • Work with factory, suppliers and logisticians to ensure their solutions to address the supply chain issues are effective and carried out in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our factories and suppliers to improve their material management and production processes.
  • Anticipating, preparing and creating awareness about backup and crisis management plans in case of supply chain interruptions;
  • Participate in and drive supply chain projects to ensure alignment of process, deliverables and requirements between the factories and the customers.
  • Lead improvements in supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships and lead change management with supply chain teams.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports about supply chain issues, improvement measures and action plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant supply chain experiences in an electrical/ electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates need to have hands-on experiences in some or all of the following skill sets: order scheduling and management, inventory management, project management, developing short term order plans, warehousing, shipping, etc.
  • Proven hands-on application of Lean/ 6-Sigma tools and methodologies in present/ past projects (please describe the projects completed or participated).
  • Possesses leadership and drive to engage cross-functional team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
