Lowongan Kerja BUMN Sarana Multi Infrastruktur – PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is a state-owned venture, Non Bank Financial Institution, Playing Active Role clothed in Facilitating Infrastructure Financing, Encouraging Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Indonesia.

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is looking for experienced highly competent and self motivated professional to fill the following positions as:

Staff Manajemen Resiko (Admin)

Persyaratan:

Male / Female, Single, Max 28 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
Having min. 1 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry
Having basic knowledge in Operational Risk
Having ability about risk profile and risk dashboard report processing
Having ability to administration and filing documents
Having knowledge in ISO 31000 Risk Management Process is an advantage
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Having attention to detail and risk focus
Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Proficient with computer literacy minimum Ms. word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must.

Compensation And Benefit For Supporting Division

Persyaratan:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Management or equivalent field
Having minimum 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation & benefit
Understanding compensation & benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
Understanding payroll calculation & taxation
Having knowledge about Human Resources Management
Having good analytical & problem solving skills
Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
Good command of english both in written and spoken

HR Manager

Persyaratan:

Male / Female, Max 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Management or equivalent field
Having minimum 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation & benefit
Understanding compensation & benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
Understanding payroll calculation & taxation
Having knowledge and experience to implementation performance management, organizational development, KPI Balance Scorecard, man power planning, and job evaluation.
Have in depth knowledge and experience in developing and applying human resources strategy, government regulation, and HR Procedures.
Having good analytical & problem solving skills
Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
Good command of english both in written and spoken
