Being the biggest family-owned coffee brand in Indonesia, our company’s roots grew from a small family industry company in Surabaya. Where more than 79 years previously in 1927, our originator Go Soe Loet produced his current coffee.

PT Santos Jaya Abadi in 1970 our company evolved the organisation. The minute generation emerged to promise the carry-over and star of the matter by introducing state of art changes in the Machineries and equipments, inhabit skill and management and the increase of the consequence availability to connect with the intact East Java.

PT Santos Jaya Abadi in 1980 we built our existing factory on Sepanjang, Sidoarjo in East Java. At this stage, Kapal Api brand has befit the mast of our matter, scattered all across the realm and has befit the advertise leader with its complete range of products.

PT Santos Jaya Abadi following the star of Kapal Api brand and to acquire the ceiling satisfaction of our consumers, PT Santos Jaya Abadi has introduced other lucrative brands into the advertise: Excelso, nuts and bolts, Good calendar day, Ya and Kapten.

Persyaratan:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Recruitment/Staffing.

Persyaratan:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Recruitment, training.
• Preferred language(s): English.
