Customer Care & Customer Communication Staff

Jakarta Raya – Jl. LRE Martadinata km. 7 Ciputat
Responsibilities:

to handle all customer/dealer inquires related with Mercedes-Benz products in prompt response and a proper way
to initiate process of the inquiries to the concerned section/department and prepare the related correspondences
to give a prompt and proper handling as well as follow up call to the customer for satisfactory measures
to contact customers for any Service Campaign
to maintain Loyalty Program through Mercedes-Benz Membership

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an DiplomaDegree in Social Science/Hospitality or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Communication/Service Department.
Customer Oriented.
Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill.
Able to work in teams.
Required skills: Business Writing, Microsoft Office.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
