Injection Plastic Mold Designer/Plastic Part Designer

Position Purpose

Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.

Position Requirement

Key Accountability Area

Provide secretarial service to support President Director to assist him finished his tasks including letters and report writing, presentation, etc.
Administer President Director’s schedule, meeting and travel arrangements to assist him in finishing his task.
Maintain and update department files and records to minimize paper files and ensure the accessibility including company policy and procedure.
Organize Managing Director Office meetings within the department and/or with external parties.
Maintain confidential files and materials/information
Coordinate, monitor, decision maker on travel arrangements for employee.
Coordinate and organize accommodation & meetings for company’s visitors.
Actively participate on company event activities.
Act as Personal Assistant.
Lead the Aesthetic Review Board for quality improvement.
Lead, prepare and edit the articles in company’s newsletter.

Requirement

Diploma 3 on secretarial services
Has min 5 years in a related field, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company.
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
Good interpersonal & leadership skills.
Proactive and pleasant personality.
Systematic and meticulous in controlling files/data.
Customer oriented
Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Position Purpose

Develop and determine soft goods design and method to meet established requirement, adaptable to manufacturing system and assure the achievement of schedule and cost control.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsible to develop and set standard for soft goods part in engineering area
Responsible to develop process automation
Gathering soft goods information of product to support its development process
Conduct Engineering pilots to ensure the supporting of schedule
Work together closely with production & Asia Design Development on daily basis
Having analytical thinking to support continuous improvement on process and innovation

Requirement

Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering from reputable university with GPA min 3.0
Preferably have 1 years related experience in manufacturing but fresh graduate are welcome
Able to use Pro E
Good communication in English and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical skill and engineering sense
Proactive and results oriented
Excellent problem solving skills
Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
