Master Planners

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for PT Mattel Indonesia Master Production Schedules
  • Coordinate with all parties to have a continuity of production and achieve market availability in timely manner
  • Handle Direct Import inquiries from Mattel Asia Pacific
  • Coordinate on Direct Import requirements, schedule and rework/repack activities

Requirements:

  • Formal Educational Level : in Industrial Engineering
  • Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles
  • Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning/material planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates

Senior

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Tax Report
  • Cash Flow Projection
  • Responsible for Treasury Transaction & Financial Reporting
  • Provide reconciliation and comply with the internal control procedure

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years working experience in Accounting Firm & 3-5 years in Manufacturing Company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Taxation System

General Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Check and control that all goods receipt transactions are completely recorded in general ledger and categorized proper classifications of assets/expenses.
  • Check and control that all cash receipts and cash disbursements transactions are properly tracked and recorded into GL.
  • Ensure all bank reconciliation activities are completed, analyzed and resolved in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Provide details/listings on other balance sheet accounts and perform an analysis on any unusual items.
  • Review and verify all payment requisitions are in compliance with Company’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all the intercompany transaction for both PTMI and MTI
  • Check and monitor daily receipts and disbursements of petty cash and to/from bank accounts to maintain the safe custody of cash and bank.
  • Update the 6-week cash flows accordingly based on actual vs. plan analysis.
  • Advances Payment Tracking and ensure complete reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Formal Educational Level: University degree majoring in accountting or related discipline

Cost Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supporting data required for Sales and Sales Price Variance reconciliation between actual and forecast.
  • Provide supporting data required for sub contractors’ inventory reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of GL vs system.
  • Track PPV and freight forwarding for each of the major components for analyzes purposes.
  • Maintain DL efficiency tracking for monthly closing data.
  • Provide hyperion supplemental data such as PPV by commodity, freight, exchange, production units and hours, efficiency , DL and staff headcount for monthly reporting
  • Entry all journal prepared by Senior Financial Analyst to ensure that the closing run on schedule.
  • Collating and rolling-up data, such as material cost and flowchart hours by toy to prepare GME, CF ( Cost Factor ) and PP ( Profit Plan ) forecast
  • Provide historical data necessary for package ( GME/CF/PP ) preparation to be reviewed by Senior Financial Analyst .
  • Support Senior Financial Analyst in analyzing the actual product cost for certain toys vs the based cost toys by random, in order to help the company controlling the cost.
  • Coordinate with other Department to get all information required in timely manner to adhere to the deadline set by El Segundo

Requirements:

  • Formal Educational Level : University degree majoring in accounting or related discipline
  • Working Experience: At least 1 year working experience in Accounting preferably in manufacturing
  • Good working knowledge of accounting systems preferably AS 400 Competency to generate financial reports in excels spreadsheets.

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial services to support the Director and his Managers
  • Prepare and distribute Internal and External correspondence, as and when required, to ensure a timely transfer of information. Follow-up if responses are tardy to ensure that any information that is required becomes quickly available
  • Prepare itineraries for office staff who are traveling Nationally or Internationally in conjunction with the Company’s nominated travel agent(s) to ensure that such travels are cost-effective and meet the staff’s required schedule.
  • Ensure that travel request forms are completed correctly duly signed by the Director and processed through the appropriate mandatory channels.
  • Control, via accurate filing and registering, retain and update when superseded, the formal procedures, work instructions, organization charts and ISO related documentation for ease of retrieval in the event of an internal or external audit

Responsibilities:

  • S1 Graduate, Local/Overseas reputable university, engi-neering background,

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Accoun-ting, with emphasis in manufacturing and financial analysis

  • To lead the EXIM Section with main responsibility to run day to day activities, internally to ensure delivery/ship to the customers on schedule, presenting the documents in timely manner, ensure smooth supply chain by expediting import and local delivery from subcontractor with tight schedule and ensure proper Customs documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation. And externally work closely with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA, and also with the customers around the world.
  • To expedite all transactions (import, subcontractor local shipment and export) with proper Customs documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation.
  • Work closely with shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the shipment on schedule
  • Build strong communication with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world
  • To control logistics cost and spending including prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics vendors
  • Maintaining sales shipment and regular report for Customs office

  • Identify opportunities and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process/product quality. Examples: Kit Trolley, Baskets, Staging etc.
  • Monitor WIP Quality and provide timely feedback to QA, Production, Engineering and Material where appropriate to ensure minimal downtime and initiate corrective action.
  • Reporting scrap and shrinkage to ensure production are alerted to problem areas.
  • Conduct material audit and liaise with engineering on yield variances to ensure accurate future purchases are made.
  • Implement, audit and maintain systems / procedures to ensure compliance with GMP / EHS Standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment with a large labor force,pre-ferably in Inventory Management
