Customer Service (Call Center)

Persyaratan:

Male / Female, maximum 25 years old. Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75.
Minimum 1 year experience as call center
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
To be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.

Organization Development Specialist (Junior Manager Level)

Persyaratan:

Min. Bachelor Degree from Psychology or Industrial Engineering with GPA ≥ 2.75
Female, max 35 Years old
Min. 2 years experiences handling organization development
Excellent knowledge in job evaluation & job redesign
Good logic & strong analytical ability.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & leadership skills
Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang

Compensation & Benefit Staff

Persyaratan:

Female, max. 28 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Accountancy from reputable university with GPA > 2.75
Experiences in HR Administration would be an advantage
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visio, Pivot, Oracle)
Interest to work with data
Having good logic & analytical ability, fast learner, & able to thrive in fast paced
Willing to be place at Lippo Karawaci
