PT Madhani Talatah Nusantara a company which provides specialized construction and mining contracting services to the income sector through-out Indonesia is seeking suitably qualified and practiced personnel in support of the following sit:

1. Tender and Business Development Specialist

Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Statistic
Minimum 2 years experience in handling tender / business development.
For Mining Engineer : able to calculate / set up new project, familiar to operate mine scape software
For Statistic : able to analyse data and recommends actions
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in clear manner
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Well organized, self motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Will be placed at our Head Office, Jakarta.

2. Recruitment Specialist

Jakarta Raya – Cilandak – Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:

Candidate must has at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, has Master Degree of Profession Programe is preferable.
GPA minimum 2,75 from reputable company.
Have Min. 4 years experience in recruitment, preferably from mining related industry
Hands on in Psychological Assesment (including making psychodiagnostig reports, BEI reports)
Willingness to be assigned to our projects in Kalimantan.
Placement : Head Office Jakarta

3. Purchasing Officer

Jakarta Raya – Cilandak – Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in Senior Staff of Purchasing or Procurement roles, preferablbly in Mining/Heavy Equipment Industry.
Have a good in communication and negotiation skill
Good command in English
