OD & Learning Manager (Code: ODL)

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage Organization Development activities to support division and department
Manage & Review Organization Structure, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation & Development of Job Description (together with Dept/Div)
Manage Performance Management cycle to ensure the process and result align to company objective
Manage Performance Management Cycle
Manage People Development to ensure the development program support division and department to achieve their target.
Support and provide development program for employees, Training Program , Lafarge University, Local Training Initiative, Soft Skill & Technical skill Training, Safety Training, IDP Implementation, Talent Management, Competency Management, Lafarge Graduate Trainee Program

Persyaratan:

Must possess at least Bachelor degree from Psychology/Management
Having at least 8 years working experience with minimum 3 years experience on OD & Learning.
Have a knowledge in product specification and general knowledge in the cement operation and parts is an advantage
Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills
English proficiency and Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports
Able to work under pressure with limited time and minimum supervision
