Inovation Manufacturing Trainer

Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.
Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Select and assign instructors to conduct training.

Requirements:

Male/Female, S1 Psychology/HRM, max 37 years old
Minimum 3 years as a Trainer in a training management team
Have certification Train the Trainer from reputable institution
Self motivated, and eager to help other achieve their best.
Knowledge Quality Circle Control/5s/ Suggestion system/TPS (Learn Manufaturing)
Strong presentation skill and communication skill
General Requirements:
Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must

Responsibilities:

Sourcing , Marketing and selling chemical products (solvent) for paper industry and general chemical industries

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from chemistry or chemical enginerring department
Male or Female Minimum 25years old
Preferably min 1 years experienced in marketing of chemical or bulk materials
Having networks of chemical suppliers and buyers
Communicative can make relation with other and target oriented
Having knowledge in import, export and trading is preferable standard

Organization Development Senior Staff

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing an organisational development strategy
Lead the organization in providing best practice strategic organisation development, human resources, corporate planning,
organisational performance and risk management initiatives that will ensure the delivery of valued and quality services focused on enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Delivering strategic and operational advice on human resource management, corporate planning, organisational performance, risk management, employee relations and organisational development initiatives throughout all Corporate operations

Requirements:

Having broad knowledge in Competency Based Human resources Managemen starts from Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, develop competency based and having knowledge about balance score card is preferable.
Having ability for arrange performance management system (analyze talent pool, develop carrier and succession plan etc)
