1. New Product, Process & Packaging Development (NP3D) Trial & Doc. Control Coordinator

Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Manage all trial from RnD & Supplier
Make sure that all trials have been done by considering the efficiency
Weekly bases make trial plan to PPIC
Recording all data from trial
Manage document control from external & internal plant

Requirements:

Male / Female age maximum 28 years old
Bachelor degree majoring in Industry/Chemical engineering, Food technology, Chemical/Biology with GPA minimum 3
Having experience at the similar position at least a year or fresh graduates are also welcome
Have a basic knowledge of HACCP & Food Processing
Computer literate and able to speak English both oral & written
Good in personal adaptability and able to empower people
Will be located at Karawang

2. Performance Measurement (Score Card) & Visual Control Coordinator

Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Make Link all KPI from Corporate KPI, Plant KPI, Department KPI, Multi Discipline KPI & Shift Based Team KPI
Regularly review KPI & KPI target to achieved performance plant
Make & design visual control for KPI & Others information
Update KPI regularly (weekly & monthly) before meeting
Make incentive scheme formula based on KPI plant & Team
Review Manufacturing Cost with all dept head

Requirements:

Male / Female age maximum 28 years old
Bachelor degree majoring in Industry/Chemical/Mechanic/Electric engineering, Food technology, Mathematic with GPA minimum 3
Having experience at the similar position at least a year or fresh graduates are also welcome
Have a basic knowledge of balance score card tools or willing to learn
Computer literate and able to speak English both oral & written
Good in personal adaptability and able to empower people
Will be located at Karawang

3. Compliance Monitoring & Training Coordinator

Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Develop Compliance Monitoring for Food Safety & Food Quality
Develop Inspection Physical Control integrated audit monitoring
Make sure that integrated audit schedule have been done for each area
Record all integrated audit
Make training material standard for food safety & food quality

Requirements:

Male / Female age maximum 28 years old
Bachelor degree majoring in Industry/Chemical engineering, Food technology, Chemical/Biology with GPA minimum 3
Having experience at the similar position at least a year or fresh graduates are also welcome
Have a basic knowledge of HACCP, ISO 2200, FMEA & Food Processing
Computer literate and able to speak English both oral & written
Good in personal adaptability and able to empower people
Will be located at Karawang
