1. HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for HR duties includes full spectrum of HR Management :

Organizational Development, HR Procedures & Process, Performance Management, Company Policy, Compensation & Benefit, HR Database Management, Industrial Relations, Coaching, Counseling & Management Reports.

Requirements:

Min. 35 years old / Max. 42 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience as HR Corporate Manager
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

2. Chef

Jakarta Timur (Jakarta Raya) – Ciracas

Requirements:

Male, Age Max. 35 years old
At least 2 years experience in similar position (Chef / Senior Cook)
Prioritized have experience in authentic Japanese cuisine
Prioritized a proficient English
Willing to work in Ciracas, East Jakarta

3. Administration Staff

Requirements:

Male or Female, single, max. 25 years old
Diploma in computer science / Information Technology is preferred
Have 1 year experience in similar position is priority

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
At least 3 years of experience in Litigation and Employee/Labor Relations
Have an experience in litigation, handling social security of labor, and maintain relation with governance (disnaker)
Have a Advocates license (PERADI)
Have good initiative and problem solving skills
Have good ability to analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skills
Able to good communicate with all level of employees

5. Senior Recruitment Staff
