1. Kepala Operasi

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Having extensive knowledge in banking operations
Have knowledge of banking product knowledge.
Having minimum 2 years experience as Chief of Operations in both the banking andother financial institutions.
Have the basic skills team management
Ability to work individually and in team

2. Risk Management Staff

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have experience in either banking or risk management of financial institutions at least 2years.
Ability to work in a team or individually
Strong communication and a good percentage
Thorough, detailed and able to work within deadlines in making the management report.
Understanding the basics of risk management, preferably a certified Risk Management (BSMR / LSPP)

3. Compliance Staff

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Understanding the duties and responsibilities of Compliance,
At least 2 years experience, or non experience allowed.
Having a basic knowledge of banking operations and compliance.
Ability to work in team and individual
Have good analytical skills

4. Reviewer

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have at least 1 year experience in the field reviewer
Have good analytical skills
Able to work under pressure and used to work based on target
Accustomed to operate a computer and its programs.

5. Funding Officer

Requirements:

Male / female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have experience in marketing at least 2 years
Well dressed, communicative, and have good analytical skills.
Ability to work in team and individual
Target oriented
Has a wide network

6. Back Office

Requirements:

Age 23-26 years

Requirements:

Male / female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have experience of minimum 2 (two) years experience in Consumer Financing Bank(conventional / Islamic) as car loans and home financing.
Able to work independently, target oriented, and has an extensive network of consumercustomers.
Well dressed, communicative, and have good analytical skills.
Open to all people
For those who do not have a background of Sharia, will be given appropriate training.

10. Branch Manager

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have managerial experience of marketing in terms of funding and financing for a little over 2 years in both conventional and Islamic banking.
Has a base and strong leadership
Has a wide network
Ability to work in a team or individually
Well dressed, bearing strong (charismatic), communicative, good presentation skills.
Having the ability to analyze the market.
Banking product knowledge of good and target oriented.

11. Account Officer (Komersil)

Requirements:

Male / female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in different directions with a 2.75 grade point averageon a scale of 4
Have experience of minimum 2 (two) years in the field of Commercial Bank Financing(Conventional / Islamic) as investment credit and working capital financing
Able to work independently, target oriented, and has an extensive network of commercialcustomers.
Well dressed, communicative, and have good analytical skills.
