PT Balfour Beatty Sakti Indonesia is now seeking in place of qualified licensed candidates to assist the opportunity growth of the company and fill positions as:

1. Drafter Architect

Requirements:

Min D3 of Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering from reputable university (local or overseas)
Min of 3 years experience in High Rise Building Construction Company as Drafter Architect
Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D MAX
Able to work in under pressure situation
Good command in English both oral and writing
Willing to be allocated at project site

2. Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Requirements:

Graduated from reputable University minimum (S1) major in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years working experience in High Rise Building Construction Company as Commercial Officer or as Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Responsible in Managing Budget/Cost Control, Subcontractors, Claim/Variation Order, Material Waste Control and Take Off Quantity
Good command in English both oral and written
Willing to be allocated at Project Site

3. Civil Estimator

Requirements:

Male/ Female, minimum S1 degree majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable University
3 years experience in the same position
Understand the regulations as PUIL, VDE, BS JIS and AS / NZS
Strong background in technical aspect of design, calculation, project site supervision
Computer Literate (Ms. Office), AutoCAD, MS Project
Good command in English both oral and written
Thorough, Honest & Loyal

4. Site Engineer

Requirements:

Minimum S1 of Civil Engineering from reputable University.
Having minimum 3 years working experience in Civil Construction Company as Site Engineer or Civil Engineer.
Responsible in supervising work process at site to comply with quality and safety requirement in line with project time schedule.
Able to read and interpret technical, electrical drawing and handling construction management.
Strong leadership.
Good command in English both oral and writing.
Willing to be allocated at Project Site.

5. Mechanical Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

Graduate from minimum S1 Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years working experience in High Rise Building Construction Company as Mechanical Electrical Engineer
Able to work in under pressure situation
Good command in English both oral and writing
Willing to be allocated at Project Site
