PT Aroma Pondok Sunda is a fast growing company in Indonesia focus in food and beverages. PT Aroma Pondok Sunda is taking part in line with our rapid growth locally and worldwide through not at home Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, therefore we are seeking proper candidates to encounter our development strategy.

1. Restaurant Captain (RC)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality and service are maintain throughout the operations hours.
Leading and training new and existing team members
Responsible in training staff, development and overall job peformance.
Handling customer’s complaints and building a connection with our customers.
Manage and lead the team in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day restaurants
Responsible in ensuring sales, controlling expenses and labour cost to attain profitability.
Plan staff schedule to ensure optimum use of manpower.
Effectively manage inventory of stock, keeping wastage and breakages to a bare minimum.
Delegate assignments or tasks to staff effectively and follow up on results.

Requirements:

At least 2 year of working experience at the same position
Strong focus on operations, guest service and food quality
Well-versed with excellent operational knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry
A team player with good communication, business acumen and management skills

2. Junior Accounting (JA)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Daily accounting and financial transactions and activities
Handle Account Reconciliation (Bank, Inventory, Inter company)
Administering monthly payroll, commission, etc
Responsible for the management reporting, cash flow management, cost accounting, banking, etc
Liaises with external parties like bankers, auditors, customers and suppliers
Timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing activities

Requirements:

Male / Female
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience in accounting would have an added advantage
Organized, hardworking, meticulous, technically competent and able to work as a team

3. Waiter (W)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen
Meningkatkan penjualan dan jumlah konsumen
Menguasai product knowledge (menu masakan Jepang dan Indonesia)

Requirements:

Pria dan Wanita
Pendidikan minimum SMU/SMK sederajat
Single, usia maks. 28 tahun
Berpenampilan menarik
Komunikasi baik, ramah, dan sopan
Pengalaman bekerja di Restoran Jepang min. 1 tahun
Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi poin lebih
