5 years of relevant work experience.
Business development and client servicing experience in the local market.
Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Online experience. Substantial experience in advertising sales/marketing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Online Campaign Manager, Travel/Finance

Minimum qualifications:

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in the technology and finance sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to complete large volumes of work quickly.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.

5. Policy Manager

Minimum qualifications:

Direct experience working within national politics, government, think tanks, public interest groups or the field of corporate public policy.
Broad policy experience, preferably with direct knowledge of the tech sector or the key issues impacting the Web, like intellectual property, free expression, Internet access and online safety.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in high-stress environments and a proven ability to exercise judgement even in a crisis.
Excellent communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate complex issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
Team player who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience, including to lead campaigns and mentor more junior members of the team.
