Account Payables Staff (AP)

Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Recording all bank receipt & bank payment
Check and record all incoming invoices
Check the authorization process
reconciliation of payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
PA journal entry into system

Requirements:

D3/S1, maximum age 30 years old
1-2 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
knowledge of general accounting procedures
English Active
Can operate computer and is familiar with MS-office/System
attention to detail and accuracy
communication skills
Leadership and very good manner person
Strong character and multitasking person
Able to work in team/under pressure
Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage

Quality Control Representative

Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

Male, single, max age 30 years old, minimum D3
Minimum 2 year related quality management system
Understand ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14000
Understand Good Warehouse Practice, advantage in warehouse safety management
English Active
Advance with MS-office (excel & power point)
Able to work in team and also individual
Able to work under pressure and extended hours
Having intention to develop and continues improvement
Living in Bekasi, Karawang Surabaya, Medan area will be an advantage

Inventory Control & Analyst

Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya, Karawang (Jawa Barat), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:

Min. Diploma 3 from any major
Experience in related filed > 2 years or as INVENTORY in multi client warehouse distribution center.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, GPA : 3.0
Have good logical & analytical skill
Good in Microsoft office (Excel & Power Point)
Good communication skill & able to lead team
Willing to work overtime in weekend (only if required)
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Karawang, Kalideres, Medan & Surabaya
