VACANCY FOR DCS OPERATOR AND ECT IN SAUDI ARABIA.

Currently, our client from saudi arabia looking some position for Aromatic Petrochemical Plant.the following positions are required :

1. DCS Operator
2. Board Operator
3. Panel Board Operator
4. Boardman
5. P PDH Boardman-Cold Box
6. P PU Boardman Reaction Area

Principle Accountabilitas :
1. To ensure Hse policies and procedure compliance ( permit to work, Environment Management System, OSHAS ect ) in the shift
2. To participate in annual departmental safety programe. To participate in safety Audit programe
3. To control in process parameters within the specified guidelines of standars operating conditions.
4. To monitor and operate equipment such as Reactors, Fired Heaters, Boiler, Compressors, Pumps, CCR, Fractination columns, blowers, ect. from the control room, in coordination with the field operators.
5. To carry out join exercise of loop checking, logics checking for the process equipments and packages.
6. To interact with laboratory for sample analysis and notifies deviations to shift supervisor.
7. To take corrective actions in case of any deviations or abnormality in process parameter, quality parameter under the direction of shift supervisor. keeps continuous track of alams and alam history to sustain plant operation and mitigate couses of deviations. responsible for logging of critical process parameters in his area of work.
8. To conduct on job training of field operators on panel.
9. To record and suggest improvements for operations and control function, based on his operational experiences.
10. To ensure interplant communications for receipt of propane, NGL, Utilities and suplly of propylene and return streams ect. With PP and utilities and maintenance support.
11. To comply with ISO, QMS procedures.
12. To discharge his responsibilities during plant on site emerginces as per plant on site emergency procedures.
13. To work extended hours as required by the department ( in case of no relievers, star up leave coverage ect. )
14. To take charge as operations shift supervisor as per departmental requirement.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications Experience
Minimum :
1. BE in Chemical Engineering with 3-4 years hand on experience on DCS
2. BS in Chemistry with 6-8 years hands on experience on DCS
3. Techinal School with 10-12 years experience in field/DCS

Preferred :
1. Preferable with experience on relevant process technology ( Oleflex, Platformer CCR in a Refinery ).
2. Hand on experience in operation of Reactors, Cold Box, Fired Heaters and Bolier, distillation clumns compressor is desirable.
3. Computer literate
4. Fluent in read, write, speaking English language
